Ive bought 2 bikes from Winstanleys in the past. They arrived quickly. Had warranty issues with both bikes. They were dealt with promptly and efficiently. No complaints from me.
Great allround service answered email quickly, offered to build bike so I could test before buying. Delivered bike quickly very well packaged.
I ordered a mountain bike on the Bike2work scheme and the bike was in stock. Took almost 3 weeks from start to finish. They were really slow in dealing with the order and the communication from the store was really poor. I've bought quite a few bikes over the past 10 years from the likes of Paul's Cycles, Edinburgh Bikes and Evans. All great to deal with and all provided the bikes quickly. This has been the worst of them all. I will not be purchasing any more bikes from Winstanleys.
