Spoke to the proprietor of this establishment today about a haro downtown for sale for 200 pound as shown online and as it did 24 hours ago, after we spoke and said I would come down and collect it around 2pm. I then checked the website again and he had upped the price by 25 pound literally 3 minutes after speaking to him on the phone. When we phoned back and asked about the price change he just said they are not making enough. I would never recommend in spending money in this shop to anyone, absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Outstanding shop with everything you need. Took my son here today to buy his first proper bmx. Very surreal after my dad took me to Alans 32 years ago to buy me my first bmx , a Torker 280x. Adam the store assistant was very helpful and friendly. Bought a mongoose, paid deposit to secure and a pair of slip on vans too. Great little after seeing all the retro haro,s and gt,s. Made me want one too. Thanks guys.
Alans is brillians for bmx parts, they got everything for me that i needed. sprocket, bearings, one piece. Good prices too.
Not quite five stars as I had an issue with a brake cable that was slightly damaged upon arrival. Also although the bike (a Haro 'Master' Freestyler) had been partly assembled when I properly assembled it it was apparent that no grease had been used to lube the main components. Other than that it arrived well packaged and on time.
Excellent customer service, quick delivery and very GOOD quality products. Love my new bike and helmet, both products arrived in perfect condition! Thank you
