I understand that people may want or need time off, however you should at least open advertised hours. Today is Saturday and it is a lovely day, and I had decided that I would become a fair weather rider, in the hope that we have a reasonable summer and I can shift a bit of weight. Being local I decided to give a local business my money. Shutters down, no sign of life. This amounts to bad business sense, and is also poor customer service. Obviously made enough this week to not bother. No wonder small business folds.
Great bike shop came in with a broken 7 cog he replaced it within 24 hours fantastic
