I orderedthree pairs of trainers for Christmas for the children. I receive an email to say they are in store ready for collection. However when I go to collect them the store can't find them. Christmas Eve 2:30pm the store is leaving me hanging on for 45 minutes as they scratch round looking for the trainers. No offer of a drink of water or anything whilst I'm waiting.So what would you expect to resolve the issue? An offer of filling out the order from stock in the store? No that was not offered.Sports Direct ring around local stores to see who can fulfill the order? No that was not offered."Mr Davies why don't you buy the products again and click and collect?!"Erm let me think!!!! No! Listen I know Sports Direct don't care, I know they are just Profit! Profit! Profit! However sometimes it's nice to be proved wrong. On this occasion I wasn't. Oh where are the trainers now you may ask? Well when the store rang the department who deal with lost orders they are on their lunch and can't help. I still have no trainers and I have to go back to the store on Friday to discuss what happens next. I know what won't happen the offer of my money back and I still get the trainers. Very Very disappointing but not very very surprising.Regards John Davies
Very disappointed with staff enthusiasm and willingness to help sort out football shirts..Went to purchase 4 football kits with kids names etc... which is advertised on the shelves. Only to be told sorry we can't do it we don't have the staff.... which i found surprising especially when I count at least 9 staff members on the floor. Very poor form.
Great store for sports stuff and kids stuff. Cheap top name gear.
Absolutely disgusted by a rude arrogant manageress who needs to be sacked asap. Wouldn't even tell me her name so I could complain about her to her boss. Wouldn't give a refund then told me she wouldn't even give me a credit note if I kept on......totally unprofessional member of staff. Feel sorry for the people who work with her. This store needs to change its policies and procedures before it loses many more customers. This has now been reported .
Had little 4xl clothes to choose from but the quality and level of softness of the clothes they did have was superb
