Simply terrible! Queries sent from our solicitors on the 18th Sept, responses received from MBH on 16th Oct (!!!) still with missing responses to the queries sent on the 18th Sept (a whole month earlier). Having spoken to others about these issues it has become apparent that this is a common theme with this solicitors!
We used McCarthy Bennett Holland recently on our house purchase, Caroline was the lady dealing with our case and she was fabulous, everytime I rang (which was quite regular) I managed to speak to her, never had any of this 'she'll get back to you' and never doesn't.
