Poor communication, say they will ring you back and they don't. Absolutely shocking service. Still waiting to move house been waiting months. Always not available or left early. Constantly ringing up for anwsers and get fobbed off with excuses. At the bottom of the pile & our file is still sat waiting. 3 people held up because of these solicitors. Stay away.
