Absolutely disgusted with the service. They need to be shut down. Unaware of all the additional charges they plucked from thin air even on a fixed fee. Numerous solicitor changes. When you think the process is finally ending, another one leaves and you have to update a new person who has no idea about the case and you have to start from scratch again, along with being given new charges that appear. DO NOT USE!!!
After 4 years of my claim keep ongoing and can never get hold of a solicitor I decided to change solicitors, i wouldn't recommend this company at all. I was left to sort my own appointments to which I had surgery booked for allansons to cancel 2 week before, me being self employed had to cancel 2 jobs worth over 50k thinking I was having surgery. Now I have been left in an utter mess thanks to this company. I wrote complaints and threatened to leave many times then they would look like they do abit and then once again I would hear nothing. I really would avoid unless you want your claim run out of court which I have been told it could be. Avoid at all costs
DO NOT..... AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take your money, sit back and do absolutely nothing. We have paid out thousands of pounds in fees to this company they are not prepared to complete the job and their obligations even under a judge ruling. The legal Ombudsman and Solicitors Regulation Authority have been informed. PLEASE BEWARE ....
Absolutely awful service, can not get in touch with the relevant solicitor dealing with our matter. Promised return phone calls and emails seven or eight times They never happen. Very unprofessional.
