Absolute waste of space, unprofessional, unethical, act above and beyond lawful requirement, firm based on greed and believe themselves to be unaccountable to anyone!!Will pick on those that are recognised as being vulnerable, i.e, Learning dsabilities, have shown that they will not work with recognised third parties and will break OFTs debt collection guidance without isuue, their integrity is questionable at the best of times, interesting to se how both greenhalgh & kerrhave kept out of sight since kerrs appearance on Panorama a few years ago!!
