I have read a Wigan news about SSP Health and I strongly disagree with this as I have changed GP a lots because of their knowledge, but SSP lower ince has many of great GP and receptionist are very friendly and helpful. There is 100 times worst GP practices, who Google it symptoms and I can't name them, but this one is really great. I don't get this
Bloody useless. Difficult to get an appointment and every month problems with repeat prescriptions not being signed off in full.
The phones are always user busy sometimes for hours on end I have even been there to test a theory and rang whilst i was in the surgery the phone did not ring and no one was on the phone but yet it still told me the user was busy, other the. That it is a good surgery

Just took me over an hour to complain about Dr Wahie and surprise surprise just when I clicked post all of a sudden there was a note come up no connection funny how my connection suddenly has come on again now that my detailed complaint has disappeared . I won't be making another appointment with this doctor anyway , I'm sick of his patronising attitude I've felt this way every time I've ever had an appointment with him but have always just come home been angry whilst feeling belittled by him. I've always just forgotten about it . This morning I was in tears when I left because I was in so much pain with my back and just feel like what' s the point, but to make a person who is ill and in pain who has been for eight years feel like they are at their wits end .. Thanks for your patience and time Dr NOT !!
