Car Parking can be impossible, reception staff are mostly teenagers, they send at least 2 text messages as appointment reminders, ( if you can get one ) yet they do not mind in the least to keep a person waiting for up to an hour, the worst G.P. for bad time keeping has initials, C. H. and their Patient access system does not work properly because they are too thick to fix it
Something really needs to be done about the young reception staff! they are simply ignorant and will do the best to get out of giving you a appointment, that includes pre booked ones.
Thank god for Cheryl and Dr J Graham! If it wasn't for those two I'd probably move surgeries!
Doctors are usually great but booking system is a disaster. A couple of times I was sent away after trying to get through for a long time as all appointments have gone. Today rang exactly 8.15am their system said I am 6th in the queue. After 5 mins on hold I have been told that all appointments have been allocated never mind my boys are poorly. I can try emergency appt after 1.30pm.. Car parking usually packed but at least free.
