Shocking never have appointments and put the phone down when it suits them
Very professional Reception nothing is problem always smiling if people give receptionist time you will always get given what your need is Dont forget they are Doing a GREAT JOB under pressure Dr Guvindu My Doctor is a very caring Man a great listener and a Fantastic Doctor thank you to all the other Doctors who are doing a Fabulous JOB UNDER PRESSURE
They are appalling. My wife and baby son signed up to this DR after moving to the local area as it was more convenient, this is about the only good thing about this surgery. The receptionists are exceptionally rude and from my wife's experience the DR's couldn't seam less interested. We've called today to try and book our son in for a check up only to be told we can't book appointments for Friday. I would advise anyone thinking about signing up to this mistake to not bother and use any other DR surgery in the Wigan area or the hub.
Receptionist have always been nice, polite and helpful with me. But the amount of time your waiting to be seen can be improved.. Can be waiting between 30 mins to an hour after your appointment time to be seen.. But the doctors are very good especially Dr owen he's my faviroute he's helped me with so much.
Really nice counter staff,couldn't help enough.friendly, caring and Drs are nice and listen and don't try and rush you out.A++
