Shockingly bad. Receptionists are rude and unprofessional and never provide correct information. The doctors however are lovely but good luck getting an appointment to see them.
Never had any issues with this surgery. Ok sometimes you may have a long wait but if that is because doctors actually spend time with patients then surely that is a bonus. May have to spend ten or twenty minutes ringing to get an appointment but normally manage to get one. I have worked with people from other towns whose surgeries you cannot get appointments until the next week, certainty not the same day. Late appointments too, so do not have to take time away from work to go.
Had an appointment at half 12 for my 2 week old son and been waiting over an hour as it is. Ridicules
Every time i have tried to get an oppointment since mooving too beech hill its been like trying to draw blood from a stone. I gave rang today as my 6month old is poorly and has now come out in a rash. The emergancy doctor told me if his symptoms change to get him seen straight away and she just point blank didn't help, told me they was fully booked and ring back in the morning. When a poorly premature baby who struggles with his breathing and has a upper respiratory track infection has then broken out in a rash all over his throat is beeding an oppointment the last thing i expect is the recive no help. Since mooving doctors and running out of my medication they have told me itll take 6 months for then to get my records and only then i can get my tablets and inhalers which are crucial to ny everyday living. I honestly wish i had never mooved house so i could still be under doctors that actually do there job.
Trying to get an appointment at this place is a joke they tell you phone in at 8am just to spend the next 20 minutes listening to the engage tone and then when you eventually get through there are no appointments left absolute joke
