We have our cats registered here. They were very helpful the first visit as the vet explained all the treatment options we could go for and took her time with us. The vet was also very good with the kittens and I was filled with confidence that they were getting throughly checked out without being hurt or rushed. Everyone else is very very friendly and helpful as well. Would easily recommend this surgery to anyone.
Great service. Vet was professional yet friendly and helpful. Was very good at answering my young daughters questions about everything. Very thorough check up, great advice on which treatments to consider and pros and cons. Overall very happy in our choice of vet for our kittens.
I popped into Medivet Billinge today. To say Im impressed is an understatement. I spoke with the nurse, Coral, whose enthusiasm knows no bounds. Her knowledge and the way she explained things to a lay person like me was exceptional. Molly, the student nurse, and Coral the registered nurse have clinic running like a fine watch, it is spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to anyone.
Bit of a strange experience. Like the previous reviewer, in the space of 2 years I have had about 3 different vets see to my cat. I took my dog in the other day and when I was at the till paying the new vet came out and, without him thinking I heard, said "have you told him about the care plan? Sell it!" Which, as someone coming in hoping that my pets health would come first, clearly the vet just wanted my money, unfortunately the receptionists are fantastic here but the vet really put me off with that comment. I understand they are a business and need to make money, but that seemed to be a bit too pushy for my liking.
