Horrible place. Only in it for the money. First they have the nerve to say my dog "doesn't look overly sick" and then diagnoses her with kidney disease after taking nearly 1,000 from us. After one trip elsewhere we discover she has Cancer. If your pet is unwell, take them anywhere but here.
Good,short wait times with appointments,good care of my dogs,but not the cheapest around.
Both of our dogs love going in there. They make a fuss of them a positive experience for them. Neutering went really well...scars very neat really happy with all treatment.
Cannot praise the staff at holly house highly enough. Our 12 year old border collie was diagnosed with kidney and liver disease in january 2018. Ines looked after her from the start until the day we had to put our gorgeous girl to sleep. They advised us to buy her tablets online as worked out a lot cheaper. All the staff have been amazing and compassionate with us. Thank you once again for helping us through a difficult time
