The vets and other staff are always friendly and professional here. I visited today and despite having only 1 locum vet and a waiting room full of patients and extremely busy phones, the service my dog and I received was excellent as usual. Staff were accommodating, professional and they smiled and took time out to speak to us.

The service is very poor and from walking in reception it seems that no care or attention is given to the animals. Have been on a few occasions with concerns and not given any real advice or guidance but sent away with some kind of antibiotic or cream that needs to be paid for. Most recently went as found a tick which they were unable to remove and again, just sent away with a tablet and no real advice regarding my concerns of disease as the head was still remaining and no further checks were don't on the dog only to find another tick when we got home. Will definitely be finding a new vet!!
