There are Indian call center staff that have better communication skills and clearer command over the English language Every time you go its a foreign employee who you cant understand
Barn Lodge Veterinary Centre has become my choice of vets for over four years now. Extremely professional staff. We have been through a lot losing pets to old age and each time (one being out of hours) we have been dealt with curtiously and compassionately.Our Ragdoll kittens are always checked thoroughly inclusive of checked prior for microchipping (a lot of dodgy individuals out there) to ensure that they are bred by us. I have recommended Barn Lodge Vets to a number of our new owners who have also found them professional and very approachable. The reception staff are absolutely lovely. Prices are reasonable and as expected for their professional service.
I have used this vet for years now and I cannot say a bad word about them. They have always been very compassionate and empathetic towards me whilst explaining the treatment needed. Their prices are great considering what I have experienced at other vets for similar costs.
Appalling do not take your beloved animal here Austin only cares about money and your baby won't come out of here once he's been referred money is all he is interested in not animals no remorse whatsoever
We've used this vet multiple times since we moved into the area a couple of years ago. We've been to the Orrell surgery with our Cocker Spaniels, and to the Ormskirk surgery with a Bearded Dragon we used to have. We've always found the care to be excellent and competitively priced. (Regarding the other review claiming expensive prices - compare with medivet practices if you want to see expensive prices!)
