My husband and I visited the store today and were served by Louise, who was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with us, answering all our questions, giving us lots of advice and showing us everything we needed to know about the pram. We have ordered our pram (Oyster 3) and would recommend this shop to anyone.
Just bought a car seat for use with our grandson, very good service from Rebecca in the warehouse and from Kelly in store. Both helpful, the seat we were interested in was sent over to the shop within an hour, Kelly then showed us how it fitted, ensured our grandson was comfortable, checked it was correctly fitted on the car etc. Good price. I would definitely use Winstanleys again.
Fantastically knowledgeable staff on prams and baby seats. Really good honest advice with no hard sell and very competitive prices. We'll be buying everything we can from there. Mothercare should take note, this is how retail should be done.
We bought a Bugaboo pram, car seats and accessories for our twin grandsons from Pramworld. The staff (in our case Linda) were very helpful, knowledgeable and keen to help. Try to avoid their busy times though as you can be waiting around for a member of staff. All our items were delivered on time. They also fitted the car seats for us at no extra cost. We like to support local businesses and in this case, pleased that we did.
We visited Pramworld recently to look at toddler car seats. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They helped us try umpteen car seats in the car and offered additional advice to that we had already researched. There was no pressure to purchase and their help allowed us to narrow down the options and then think on them. We later purchased the new seat via the website. Would highly reccomend Winstanleys.
