Dying on its arse. Few open shops and it's like walking through a ghost mall. Wigan drastically needs to rescue the town centre.

Easy parking for town centre Wigan and the market itself but the shopping centre is barely half occupied since the new "Grand Arcade" opened. Shame really as its more integral to the main street and market. Anyway, it still has the watch mender and a brightness the new "arcade" lacks.
