Yeah I do like this little place, cracking cafe in here, my daughter can never walk in a straight line as she always stares at the decorative umbrellas, this was changed to poppys for armistice day and more recently an angel for Xmas.....although to me it looks like something out of Dr Who!! Nice effort though!
I love this little arcade with it's variety of shops and cafe. Lovely, friendly people who provide service with smiles and good advice on products if you need it. Wigan folk are funny, full of character and I just love the town and it's people.
This arcade has at least retained much of the charm of old Wigan. Light, airy and still had many shops unlike some places I could mention! I hope that it stays this way and escapes the 'modernisation' trend too prevalent in the town.
