Amazing company. Great service, very understanding and attentive staff. Having dealt with numerous estate agents in the Wigan area, Sapphire were very professional and did not try influence who I put my house up for sale with, whereas others did. Paul and Jamie are the people I have dealt with, and they are both a credit. I would 100% recommend.
Paul came out the next day to value & take photographs, really nice guy & very professional. I was online the next day and sold within a week! Jamie has dealt with negotiations, questions, and everything else since, and theres been a lot of everything else as Im a nuisance!! I can only describe her handling, helpfulness & friendliness as fabulous!!!I cant recommend Sapphire homes highly enough!!!

I am waiting for so long someone from sapphire homes to solve all the issues that I have here but no one cares I had to call the police because the person who lives downstairs is probably dangerous and really noisy every single day. He thinks that no one else lives here and that he can have the music on really loud is not a club here no respect for anyone. the only thing that Sapphire homes care about is the electrician failed appointment and 80 pounds that they asking for and of course they will count it as unpaid doesn't matter if they haven't provide any receipt they just want 80 pounds what about me I had to clean all that house because your agency told me that there is a cleaner coming every week but you lied how much money do I need to ask for that? I had to spend 2 days to clean that ''house'' so I think that I have already paid back the money you are asking for. Really bad service and being a student and have all these issues is not the best thing. Eva Damai
I have rented off them for 2 years and they have always been friendly and approachable. I then bought a property they listed and they really assisted all parties in getting the deal through even when it hit some stumbling blocks. Jamie, Paul and Helena were all easy to contact and kept us all in the loop. Highly recommended.
