It has been an absolute pleasure in dealing with the team from start to finish :) I was delighted to hear it is an all women office, but the level of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency, from ALL the team when dealing with me, shows it is a team that works together like a happy family.Carrie is outstanding! She is professional, friendly and tenacious, with excellent communication skills which meant I was informed throughout this whole process. I felt I was consulted quickly and effectively and she kept me up-to-date continuously; no matter what the query or question. The advice given was succinct and relevant. I always felt it was a consultative approach, regarding matters to rethinking the strategies for selling; which lead to a sale going through within around 8 weeks to completion. I couldn't be more appreciative!! She also has a wicked sense of humour and that definitely helps when you go through this stressful process; she kept me smiling and it was all done smoothly! I would commend all the staff I had contact with, as they each tried to deal with any concerns as they arose or passed messages to Carrie, so that she could respond in a timely and efficient manner. My brochure was beautiful, the photos gorgeous, the communication effective and the sale swift :)I was very happy in all my dealings with Breakey and can thoroughly recommend their services. Breakey & Co Estate Agents staff were good because: After sales service was excellent and we felt that we were kept in the loop throughout the stages, Breakey had a robust timescale tracking system that monitored the stages of sale and purchase and they were on top of the delays, contacting all relevant stakeholders to keep things moving. Can't remember having this type of service (after the sale) from any other estate agent ever before - and I have moved several times! Phone calls were always answered and if you couldn't speak to a particular person at that time - they always got back to you. The price was excellent value for money and would definitely recommend.
I recently advertised my apartment for 8 weeks without success through a national letting franchise and was told the lack of take up was due to the time of year and the competition on the development . I wasnt convinced, and consequently moved the agency to Breakey & Co just under two weeks ago.The property is now let at full market value on a 12 month tenancy . The ongoing communication and sense of urgency to find me a tenant was A1. I also used their sales dept in 2017 and secured a buyer and sale for another property within 8 weeks.In summary, a real shot in the arm for the Wigan property market ...Keep up the great work !
Excellent company. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything is explained in great detail upon move in and applications. Very truthful on the property and no overselling and very genuine. Have been with Breakey and co for nearly 2 years now and have had a few issues with our property but Breakey and Co are straight on it with trying to solve these. Cant fault the service at all. The only reason I have given them 4 stars is they need an emergency out of hours line. This is my only pick. Its something that needs to be addressed as things can go wrong that need immediate attention and you cant get this. Overall though brilliant company. Would highly, highly recommend!!!
