Superb little Museum, showing off the culture of Wigan from the past. Great little Egyptian section as well.

Small museum, but with some good displays showing things of local internet such as Wigan Casino and one about WW1 etc. The study area upstairs is great with free access to internet to study your family tree.

Excellent informative service to trace history through old newspapers via microfilm.
