Very good Premier Inn, with friendly helpful staff. Added bonus of a restaurant which served good food.
We enjoyed another lovely stay here again...clean comfortable room's,friendly and helpful staff and the most comfy bed's you could find,we'll definately be back........
Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the lift/elevator was broken for 2 days when we arrived. Had to haul heavy bags up to the 4th floor and no staff assisted. If your lift is going to be out of service that long, at least get some help for customers with luggage! This huge customer service failure is the only reason I'm not rating it a 5.
Typical Premier Inn, clean and tidy and very, very comfortable. Breakfast was a splendid affair, we forced ourselves to have three courses then couldn't eat for the rest of the day. Don't worry about the lack of car park, there's a big pay and display attached at the rear of the hotel which cost us 3 for 24 hours. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar in the hotel was a great bonus too. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or stay again.
