My previous experience of this place wasn't great as the previous doctor was not customer-friendly, but now his daughter (Kulsam) here and he's retired, it's so different. She's so calm, considerate and willing to listen. My only gripe is that's it's hard to get appointments unless one is willing to take time off work.
Came from work for bloods appointment. Turned up 4 minutes late due to road works. The lady that was taking my bloods watched me pull into car park, made eye contact, reversed and drove off. I went inside and was told 'she' had just left. No consideration or understanding of people travelling a way to get in. Whoever it was that was taking my bloods has a horrendous work ethic.
Very helpful reception staff.
