Useless reception one or two need a smack
Not happy with the practice i am not a person who visits the gp with every sniffle but if i go i expect to get the help and support. My confidence and trust is nil as i am made to feel that i am wasting there time. The online ordering of repeat pescriptions doesnt make it any easier and you still have to wait and only get half delivered so have to ring to find out were the other medication is. Rang to make a complaint to Practice Manager. Hope the service improves or i may be looking for a more careing practise.
Today I rang the surgery to arrange a prescription for my 21 year old son who has been unwell for the past 2 weeks. Hes had some difficulties recently and visiting Dr Ah Weng last week and ringing and speaking to Pauline today regarding his medication, has encouraged me to write this review. Both are compassionate and caring professionals. I work for the NHS and Paulines caring thoughtful manner on the phone was comforting. Shes a credit to the practice.
I would personally like to thank Doctor Smith for his kindness shown to my brother-in-law John, and the swiftness of the home visit, sadly John past away peacefully this morning in hospital, once again thank you.
This surgery has gone down over the past 12mths.. Can never get an appointment..never get an emergency appointment. The staff on reception area so rude. Not helpful one bit..they think there GP s...you get told there nothing we can do. call the hub or go out of hours.they haven't got good communication skills at patient care. They wonder why there near the bottom of the list..I got put on hold that long they cut me off.they need get rid of about 60% of the staff on reception or send them to another GPs to get more training on there communication skills.and patient care.I have rated it 1 star but to be honest it's _1star
