Am not 1 to leave reviews but after meeting Emma Henderson the retail manager she went the extra mile to meet my needs and that's the definition of custormer service. As a business man myself I wouldn't of been back in work if it weren't for the efficiency and proffesionalism I received from Westwood. after going with other rental companies in the past they don't touch the sides. The cars are new not 12 months old like some rental companies and the staff at Westwood arnt just looking for there wage at the end of the week they actually stay intouch and update you regularly. Av recommended a few friends and business colleagues with 100% confidence from me. Thanks again Emma.
Used Westwood Motor Group a couple of times now, will not go anywhere else for van/car rental. Outstanding service, excellent vehicles, very competitive prices and brilliant customer service. Each member of staff who I have dealt with have been very helpful and know their fleet of vehicles inside and out, which helps guide customers to what they require. Westwood motor group have been perfect since I have been in touch with them in regards to a van hire. Emma who works there goes above and beyond for you. The vans are clean and brand new, well maintained and there are no loop holes to try and catch you out like alot of rental places try. I would recommend to anybody and will be using them again. I worked for this fantastic company for nearly 10 years - they are all great, very hardworking people that try their very best every day. Everyone that works there is from the local area and the company contributes an enormous amount to the local economy. Not only that, they give a huge amount back to the local community with support for charities and local good causes. I would and do recommend this company to anyone, they will always look after you in the very best way, and rest assured, they give a lot back to the area too!
