First off it doesn't even deserve one star! Absolutely appalling company, hired a car to go on holiday, little did we know the car was involved in an accident before we received, it broke down before we even made it half way to our destination, were we went on to find out they had no break down cover so we spent 2 hours arranging cover ourselves , we sat on a service station for 9 hours, they did arrange another car but refused to bring the car to us, we then had to travel an hour and half back on our journey to collect another car which wasn't as big as the one we previously had, they then tried to tell us the car had been checked by a mechanic but had no invoice or proof of this, 900 was paid and not 1p was offered back, not only where the lives of my family put at risk we also lost out on almost 2 days of our holiday, the owner is a rude ignorant man that wouldn't even make eye contact with us when we returned the car, never have I ever came across a man like him in my life and I hope never to come across him again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Hired a Ford Zefiro 675 for a long weekend that included attending Camper Jam. The booking process was simple, the vehicle was new & in great condition, the handover was seamless & we had a fabulous weekend. Thank you Easirent.
