Bought a car which seemed ok but misfired on test drive. Garage said it was a plug and said would replace it. Few weeks later tried to change the plug and discovered it was seized into the engine block so they must have lied about changing the plug. Cost 860 to have it drilled out. I got hoodwinked.

Bought a Corsa SXi a couple of weeks ago from Macwest, who are local to me. Very nice car for the right price, they get some lovely used cars in. Very easy to deal with, Brian is a good chap with good communications, and Colin the salesman was a nice chap, too. A small problem came up with an EM light coming on after I'd bought the car, so I called back to the garage and it turned out a couple of the coils had corroded and weren't working as they should. Something that couldn't be detected before sale.. Just one of those things. Not a problem, Brian had the coil pack and plugs replaced and fixed in less than an hour. Car running very smooth now. I'm happy enough with everything. If your looking for a used car, then Macwest is worth a visit.
