Visited with my Partner and children to pick up our new car.Lovely warm welcome by the lady on the front desk. We was taken into seating area and made hot drinks straight away by a guy who we met on the forecourt who helpfully found us a parking space as it was very full! Daughter was given a biscuit and was showed to the toys which kept her entertained while daddy did all the paper work. She enjoyed driving around in the mini cars they had there and enjoyed herself so much she didn't want to leave haha. I enjoyed my coffee while I sat with my baby.The guy we met on the forecourt helpfully drove our old car to the front of the building when the time came to get our new car as we had the children's carseats to swap over.The customer service at this Arnold Clark is amazing, Everyone is so happy, helpful and friendly. We received our new car quickly, two days after agreeing to get it and we are so pleased with it. Very happy to give them our custom.
