I visited Bristol Motors in Wigan couple of weeks ago regarding a focus St research i was doing. I was straight forward that I am just considering one and I am still on the search. Dave Rowles was the salesman who approached me and make me feel welcome and was very polite and professional. We sat and searched for what I was looking for and he also made me a finance offer so I will be able to estimate the cost. I left very pleased with the customer service of the branch.So after I found the car that ticked my boxes I called Dave Rowles and we made an appointment..all was sorted in couple of hours...car was in wigan in three days and offered to check it out beforehand and after I approved it. . I received it (drive away) the next day..thats r days faster than estimated.Very pleased with the transaction ,they made me feel welcome and appreciated and very fast service.Thumbs up to the parts department also excellent and fast delivery for my wind deflectors. Highly recommended.
Astonishing experience here! After reading all the good reviews and having a poor experience with another Ford dealership, we decided this was the place to get our next brand new car from. Excellent parking available, went into the showroom, could see three people seated at desks, nobody lifted their head or made eye contact. Started looking at the new Focus, opened doors had a look inside, still nobody approached us. Moved on to the Fiesta, still nobody interested in speaking to us. Someone was singing along very loudly to the radio that was playing, but clearly nobody was interested in assisting us so we left. Glad we did. Walking across the car park there was car being reversed out of an end bay parked next to the kerb. The driver didnt leave enough room to manoeuvre and drove the car into the kerb. Instead of adjusting the position of the car to give himself enough space, he just drove harder at the kerb and went up and over it. We thought it was the drivers own vehicle, fair enough if thats how you want to treat your car, but the car was driven into the service bay! If thats how Ford Wigan treat customers vehicles its a no from me.

This was the last car dealer we visited on a long day of searching for a new car - I wish we had gone to this one first!! The service we received was exceptional; our salesman Gareth was down to earth, not too pushy and did an excellent job - resulting in a sale! A very professional and comfortable experience. We would highly recommend this place.
