Been using them for years and they only.get better and support all their customers, whether young, old, able.or disabled.
Ive used them twice, and both times theyve delivered poor service and poor customer service. The first time they took 40 minutes to get to a journey 10 minutes away when the driver was coming straight to me. The second time, Ive waited an hour for a taxi that never showed up. I called 3 times to check how long, only to be told its on its way. When i call a 4th time they tell me that he waited 20 mins and left ? I was stood at the front of a supermarket for 45 mins before going inside due to the weather so Id have seen him, also I called them every 15 mins so if hed been there THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN AND COULD HAVE TOLD ME! EVERY time in the past I gotten a notification via call or text when it arrives. Nothing at all! Poor service and bad attitudes by a company that obviously has no regards for the welfare and convenience of its customers. I strongly recommend that anyone else in need of a quick and efficient service with polite operators look somewhere else. Z Cars came within 5 minutes of calling so they are a suggested alternative.

Rang to order a taxi, I've got a special needs sister who's in a wheelchair but can weigh bare so asked for one with a boot big enough!! Got told it depends which taxi is in my area, Taxi came with a small boot he forced the boot closed got to destination and the doors was locked asked told the driver twice he just glared at me and said it was because of the boot, Will NOT be using them again
