Excellent customer service! Me and my partner left everything to the last minute and they were extremely helpful and my partner was able to view the wide variety of units within the hour. I then filled in the quick and easy online enquiry form and someone got back to me within 30 minutes. We was able to get everything set up for the next day. It was easy and stress free.Would highly recommend these if living in the Wigan area.
This is a really great storage facility. The staff are friendly and helpful. Your items are secure in a lovely clean facility. You can get to it when you need to. The pricing and terms are clear. I would use this again.
This place is awesome and so easy to use. Was given my own security code to get in and out. I knew my stuff was safe in there with all the cameras and staff. Staff them selfs so happy to help and answer any questions you have. Will highly recommend this place. :)

I used the storage facility to hold my property whilst my house had been sold and I waited for completion on my new address. The staff were friendly and identified the best payment plan for the three months I used the lock up. The cleanliness can't be underestimated nor can they high level of security. One minor point is the fact the facility is closed on a Sunday and whilst I respect everybody deserves a day of rest people with property in storage quite often need access to it over the weekend as it is the only time they may be off. Other than that excellent value for money.
