Went into store today,to buy a 55 inch Television,woman from behind the counter went to get a specialist in Tv's The guy said they had one in store but it got deleted(makes no sense what so ever). Said they had none and walked away.Complete lack of Customer Care, wont be back to that store again.
What a waste of time, picked a quilt up, went to pharmacy with a prescrition lady says she will check that it's in stock comes back to say yes it is come back in half an hour, shes just had hold of the bloody thing, give it to me. Told them I wont bother will go elsewhere. Then had a mile walk to the tills, why the hell are the tills at the opposite end from the doors? Please consider putting a bus service on from the tills to doors, must have walked miles just getting from one to the other. Won't bother going back.
Just want a stock check of one item. Rang pharmacy and they said speak to health and beauty which isnt a switchboard option, rang customer services which rang out and cancelled the call after a few minutes, rang through for a third time and went to switch board team who tried health and beauty, said they were busy and told me to phone back some other time. No message taken or anything, just hung up on me. Guess who I wont be shopping with again?
Asda (the shop part) is one of my fave shops. But the cafe in Wigan Is garbage the food is terrible. Shockingly bad . The staff are ok . But overall I say stay away . I would give it -100 stars if I could . IT'S IS TERRIBLE .STAY AWAY or you'll be very very disappointed just trying to help you all .
This review is for the cafe and not the store itself. The store is great for everything you could want. However the food in the cafe needs improvement. Bland and microwaved. Its cheap enough but even so the standard should be improved.
