During the morning it's like a walk in asylum centre people with permanent tans delighted with Wigan councils generosity!
Never had a worse experience than this waited 20 mins to pay parking entered reg number it could not find it machine then asked how long I stayed it did not know the old system worked this clearly does not. will not visit Wigan again after this experience
Sick to death of the new payment method. Firstly I was asked how long Id been in the car park - if theyve photographed my car surely they should know?? Then no change given but couldnt accept cards. The lady parking at the same time also didnt get change. How much money is this firm making out of what are scandalously hightvcharges tobstart with??!!
Easy to park, nice to see they have kept the old Victorian feel in places.
