I arranged a time for some items to be removed from my garden at between 1 and 2pm. By 4.30pm no one arrived and I rang to see what was happening. I was told they'd ring back. They didn't until 7.15pm. When I rang to arrange another time I was told I could MAYBE have the next day late pm. I asked if they would turn up for definite as I didn't want to waste another afternoon waiting in for a no show. The man on the line told me he didn't like the word wasted as his lads had been working an other job. Fair enough but if you arrange to do a job and not let the customer know it's not being done that's bad management / customer service.
