I dont normally write recommendations but in this case I feel I should. Banks of Orrell have helped my family through a hard and caotic time with great compassion, professionalism and care. From the first enquiry by myself to my granddads funeral, we couldnt have asked for more. They were kind, patient and made sure everything was suited to ourselves and my granddad, giving him the best send off we could have asked for. I had no idea what I was doing and will not forget the kindness and guidance I received.
