My son went in for two bottles of coke and 2 packets of crisp. He bought these as they clearly stated on the shelf they were 1 each however he was charged 6, 2 over the cost. I understand that he does this quite often with younger children. No receipt given and then the coke was a month out of date and flat. Told my family and friends to never use the shop and in future I would sooner walk to Tesco in then be ripped off.
I was absolutely disgraced with the service and attitude of that vile man. He was unprofessional, made me feel like I was a problem by being there, rolled his eyes, huffed all the time and even had the nerve to look for my parcel, Got bored, then decided to serve the next person instead of looking for my parcel. He was rude again and threw my box on the side, pushed it into me, was rude when I didn't know how to give the barcode and spoke to me like an idiot. I left very very angry, I told the man that he had a bad attitude, that he was vile and he shouldn't be in a customer based role if he had that type of attitude. He told me to never get things delivered there again and was very abusive to me. I am not someone who complains or even leaves reviews but he is a special type of disgusting
