Disgusting rude staff who hang up the phone even when youve waited 25 minutes to get through. The women was vile and my shoes cost a huge amount only to receive them with a label inside for much less. Wouldnt advise anybody to use them. Go direct to the brand!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISHONEST. I PURCHASED A GUCCI HAT THAT WASN'T THE HAT THAT ORDERED AND DEFECTIVE. THEY AGREED TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING AND WHEN I SHIPPED IT BACK AND ASKED ABOUT THE RETURN SHIPPING THEY REFUSE TO PAY IT. IT COST ME $30 TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM THAT I AM OUT OF. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY BARELY RESPOND AND IF YOURE IN THE US DEFINITELY DONT BUY FROM HERE.
