I've never been satisfied more with any garage across the whole UK for a long time, but.. eventually something happened. I left my car for the MOT, and I do not question the service, even though they did not use my oil as I requested and also wanted to persuade me one of the parts had been irreplaceable (not true according to other mechanics). Apart from that, they had taken my vehicle for repairs for 2 days whilst I needed it. They said it would be ready on the day, then when coming back for it, they declined. The attitudes given, no apology from the manager, despite contradictory messages from him and the rest of the team. They were completely honest till that point and I had a good experience with them, but I won't come back now. I rather advise against having them in the long run. I am disappointed.
